Return Policy 
 
Due to the nature of the product I sell, I cannot accept returns of customised/personalised products. If the product arrives faulty/damaged please contact us immediately with proof of damage so, we can provide a resolution. 
Replacement of products are only provided to products that have arrived damage - when the product is received by the customer it becomes their responsibility of the product and its care.  

Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of the product being customised  will not be refunded or exchanged therefore please choose carefully.

Cancellation Policy 

 I accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations within the 24 hours after purchase period will receive a full refund however, cancellations following the 24 hour period will not receive any refunds.
