What if I want a customised design on my badge?

 

All customised enquiries please contact via the “contact” page. Please include the following in your enquiry

  • Background colour

  • Name you’d like on the badge

  • Design/image on the badge

  • Pin or magnetic backing

 


Will you be offering a pick up option?

No, sorry due to the current climate with COVID-19 at this point of time I will not  be offering pick up.

My order was damaged in transit, what do I do?

 

All orders are packed safely but if your order is damaged in transit, please email: al.crafts95@gmail.com Please provide a description and image, please keep all damaged goods & packaging.

Can I return my order?

 

No, sorry. Returns are only available if the item arrives damaged. Due to the nature of the items sold, I cannot accept returns for customised/personalised items.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, only to New Zealand at this stage!

What is the expected wait time for my order?

​

All badges are custom made therefore, it may take up to 3 weeks for your badge to made (this does not include postage times). Please be mindful when purchasing that due to the current climate that there might be shipping delays.

Why are there imperfections on my badge?

​

Each badge is individually hand made, is unique and one of a kind, they can’t be exactly the same or 100% perfect like being mass produced by machine. We do try our best to ensure quality and consistency. If you are unsatisfied with your product please contact us via email @ al.crafts95@gmail.com

How do I care for my badge?

Badges are made from polymer clay and are therefore not heavy duty. If mishandled chipping and/or breaking may occur. Store in a clean, dry place when you are not using the badge. Clean badges with a damp cloth.
